ENGLISH ONE BOOK CHALLENGE 2018
Read a book of your CHOICE by Tuesday, January 7, 2020.
Task 1: A color copy of your book cover (or a picture of you holding the book) is due on Monday, November 18, 2019! Please submit your photo on Google Classroom to the stream so the class can see what everyone is reading.
Task 2: Read your book. Your purpose is enjoyment; therefore, devour your novel! Make sure you bring it with you to class every day in case we have time for independent reading.
Task 3: On January 7, you must post one of the following options to Google Classroom.
Once you have posted your project, you will view at least TWO of your classmates projects. Comment on their projects on Google Classroom as a reply to their post.

Task 3: On January 7, you must post one of the following options to Google Classroom.
- A podcast: Think of this as a spoken, recorded reading journal. Share your thoughts, feelings, likes and gripes, favorite moments, etc.
- An interview with a main character or the author (filmed or written; this is your own creation).
- A book trailer (created by you). Make sure this demonstrates knowledge of the book. It may contain spoilers.
- A weebly website featuring a brief synopsis and critique (your own rants, raves, and recommendation). Your site should be visually pleasing and appropriate to the content of your novel. Possible features to include: videos, pictures, author information, similar suggested reading, fan-fiction, hyperlinks to other reviews or related websites.
